Founded in 2024 by two flavour obsessives.

Artily began in Kolkata when Akshay Botrha and Ronak Chajjer decided to build the kind of place they kept searching for: bold drinks, comforting food and a quality-first rhythm that never treats scale as the main prize.

Akshay and Ronak are fascinated by what food and drinks can do together: the texture of tapioca, the drama of a cold foam, the freshness of a mojito, the comfort of pasta, and the way one good plate can make a table stay longer. Artily was built around that fascination, not around opening outlets as fast as possible.
