The Story
Artily began in Kolkata when Akshay Botrha and Ronak Chajjer decided to build the kind of place they kept searching for: bold drinks, comforting food and a quality-first rhythm that never treats scale as the main prize.
Founder Point of View
Akshay and Ronak are fascinated by what food and drinks can do together: the texture of tapioca, the drama of a cold foam, the freshness of a mojito, the comfort of pasta, and the way one good plate can make a table stay longer. Artily was built around that fascination, not around opening outlets as fast as possible.

Akshay Botrha and Ronak Chajjer start with the belief that a cafe can be playful without becoming careless.
The founders keep the menu personal: drinks they want to improve, food they want to eat and ideas they are willing to test repeatedly.
Cold Foams, Popsicle drinks, Tapioca, Popping Bubble, Coffees, Mojitos and comfort food all go through a loop of tasting, adjusting and refining.
Artily is designed to grow only when the product can stay consistent: good ingredients, clean builds, trained hands and a final plate or pour worth repeating.
The Vibe
From the colour of a pour to the details on a plate, Artily is made for people who notice. The space is relaxed, the menu is built to share and the drinks are made to be photographed before the first sip.
